C3.Exchange cancels part of user transactions


Dear members of the C3.Exchange community, on May 17, 2021, the exchange experienced technical problems associated with a multiple increase in user activity. This happened after the listing of the OTON token at 19: 00 Moscow Time.


The unstable operation of the trading platform led to the fact that it was impossible to cancel orders and track trades due to the slowdown of the exchange. To fix the error, we rolled back the trading history of the OTON_USDT pair from 19: 00 Moscow Time on May 17 to 5: 45 Moscow Time on May 18. All trading orders that were placed or executed during this period were removed from the system. Currently, the functionality of C3. Exchange is fully restored.


In addition, all users who traded during the specified time period and whose trades were canceled, the exchange will charge 100 C3 exchange tokens as compensation for inconvenience and 100 OTON tokens as a token of appreciation for participating in the listing.
